Zap Fitness is like almost every other gym these days. It has everything you need for a work out. It could do with a few more lifting platforms and people could have a bit more gym etiquette and strip their barbells of weights after they have finished and learn how to properly use a gym towel. Otherwise a usable gym.

A good cheap gym, but a bit too small and weirdly designed

Its a good sized gym with plenty of equipment. Staff are friendly however I am not sure of they have specific training or offer fitness advice.
