A fabulous gym for anyone who wants to develop strength and power or like me strength, weightless andgeneral health & fitness. A Huge range of machines and free weights, no intimidating hulks but certainly wonderful members and equally wonderful staff. Great access and parking and very clean. Excellent membership plans to suit all budgets. I've only been a member for a few weeks but I already feel comfortable lifting my smaller weights next others lifting bigger women and men After researching the available gyms I'm very happy that I joined the Strength Den TSD. cheers Pete
Hands down, best gym I have been to. Excellent facilities/equipment, plenty of space and staff are very welcoming. TSD encourages you to put in 100% and I've had some of the best workouts here
Awesome culture, welcoming and supportive staff along with A-grade equipment and gear across the board. Always great tunes pumping on the speakers too. Perfect place to come and work out no matter who you are or where you're at on your fitness journey!
Great range of equipment, not so great choice of music. The death metal goes a little too far for comfort & main gym music a bit how you doing and predictable. Yes you sign up to train not the music but the environment in whole makes the experience... would recommend a good set of headphones.
Probably the best gym in Tasmania. I've been travelling around Tasmania for 3 weeks on holiday and have been to many gyms, but this one is on another level. There were very friendly and welcoming vibes from the owner and everyone there. All the equiptment is top of the line and there are a lot of great machines that you just won't find at other gyms. It looks small from the front but it extends back and then outwards to a much larger area. I'll definitely be back if I come to Burnie again.
Amazing everonment here with Nick. As a strongman travelling from NSW it was great to be welcomed into the gym for the week. Friendly staff and the equipment was A grade from the bodybuilding floor to the calibrated stuff in powerlifting room. Thanks for having me and allowing my training schedule to not be interrupted.
