A gym with all the essentials for a good workout. Facilities aren't fancy but for what you pay for membership fees, it's good value.

I was excited to join this gym but after being to rowville gym I feel like it may not work for me. One there aren't any fans. Once ur body warms up the air con cant be even felt.  Moreover the receptionist talks so loudly and on a personal call 24/7. It's so annoying at times. I tried ignoring but every weekday is just too much. Hope they improve on customer satisfaction, their services towards customers exercising n support them

Great place to work and relax. You'll find what you need here as it's not too busy and a lot of the regulars are respectable.
