F45 Rowville is one of the best gym environments I’ve been apart of! Dan and Team is not only passionate about what they do, they really care about everyone who trains with them. They have created such a comfortable and safe atmosphere that really gives me the opportunity to push myself safely and confidently. They also help educate on various techniques and all things relating to our health and well-being which I have found to be amazing as part of my own fitness journey!
My husband and I joined the F45 Rowville team just over 4 months ago and it has hands down been one of the best decisions we have made. The team at F45, led by the owner Dan, are so passionate, motivating, driven, and encouraging trainers who all understand that each person is on their own fitness journey. I was a sceptic about what the hype was around F45 but now understand that you are joining a community of people who really care about you and your fitness journey, whatever your goal might be. The classes are challenging for all fitness levels in which you are fully supported by the team at F45! We highly recommend and would encourage people who might be timid to give it a go, you will not regret it, it is a life changing place! Someone that’s dealt with anxiety & confidence issues for the majority of life, the thought of walking into a gym, let along joining one has always been such a daunting one. Yet strolling some days struggling in & out of F45 Rowville is somehow different - it’s not your regular, stereotypical gym by any stretch. I feel like I don’t have to put on a front here, I can be my clumsy, uncoordinated self; some days a little more jovial than others, but whatever the day brings, the coaches are nothing but supportive, uplifting, educational & ultimately, fun! Sure, the physical aspect of it all is incredible, but the mental clarity that this place gives me is something else. No judgement, no pressure, just encouragement, laughter & a bunch of ever-so friendly faces that I’ll always be grateful for!
Coming out of a second knee surgery earlier this year,I was a bit sceptical about getting back to F45. After a very candid chat with Dan, he was able to assure me that I would be able to get back to fitness. So we started off by setting some easy goals. Dan and the trainers ensured that I was offered alternate exercises especially on days that had functional workouts. Today, I can see how long I have come. Dan and his superstar team are as invested as I am in this journey of my personal fitness and make these workouts enjoyable while not losing sight of the form and technique. Can't recommend the club enough for anyone who is ready for a step up in their fitness routine. - Val
Trainers are super friendly and always available to help when needed some will dance with you. Workouts are easy to follow and if you can’t do an exercise the trainers come up with an alternative for you. Love the energy and vibes <3
The team at F45 Rowville are hands down the best you’ll find at any F45, both the coaches and other members. The coaches are all so supportive, they know when to step in and correct form, when to push you that little bit more and when to stand back and let you do your thing! If I wasn’t moving to NZ I would continue my fitness journey with the F45 Rowville team, without a doubt.
F45 Rowville welcomed me with open arms from day one. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by big smiles from all the trainers. The team and attendees showed me so much support through the 8 week challenge which made the experience incredibly enjoyable rather then my initial expectation of difficult and daunting. I love the structure, class times, music, the laughs, good vibes and of course the people. Not once was I made to feel like I didn’t belong there which I’m so grateful for. I would highly recommend F45 Rowville to everyone!
Joining F45 Rowville was hands down one of the best decisions I ever made and I wish I'd done it sooner! I was absolutely petrified of walking into the gym, but from the moment I stepped foot in the studio, every worry disappeared. The trainers are absolutely incredible and make every class so much fun. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do, and always strive to help you reach your full potential. I'm even sad on days when I can't make it! Join F45 Rowville, it'll be one of the best things you ever do!
Couldn't ask for a better team to be a part of!! The trainers are so supportive and motivating, and actually make it fun to be there! The people who go there are amazing, have made some new friends! Im really enjoying the workouts, which makes it so easy to stick to and keep motivated!!
I started here last year in December after almost two years of training with a personal trainer. I was hesitant to enter the group training setting being quite self conscious but this place is INCREDIBLE! I have never felt more supported or encouraged throughout every training session. All the trainers here push you to your limits every time. Whether you are a beginner or an expert every session is designed for all abilities. If you wanna join a gym, join F45 Rowville!! : :
