Ive been a member for over 4 years at CFSE. The facilities are fantastic with 2 showers to make getting to work after a wod really easy, a lounge area to chill out in and lots of street parking. Plenty of equipment to go around and class sizes are managed so that the coaches can get around to everyone.  But the best part is the community spirit and encouragement from beginners to the more experienced!

I wasn't sure about signing up to Crossfit as I had heard a lot of mixed reviews about it. So I signed up for the free introduction session and got a taste of what to expect.  It is a lot different from just going to a gym as the workouts are always different. The coaches are great and can adjust your workout even if injured, so that you can still come to a training session and get a good workout.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far at CFSE and am continuing to get stronger and fitter.

Crossfit South East is a great place to train. Coaches are excellent at teaching new techniques, approachable and friendly. Such a supportive environment and the challenging environment will keep you on your toes. You will feel an inner strength, a sense of accomplishment at the end of each session.

Crossfit South East is an amazing place to train. The community is welcoming from day one and always fun and challenging workouts alongside a team of exceptional staff  and coaches that are so knowledgeable and supportive. Definitely the place to come and achieve your health and fitness goals!

Such a great place to exercise!  The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and always there for each and every member - no exception!!  It's not your usual gym, everyone is a team!  I could never go to a regular gym again - CrossFit is the only thing that keeps me motivated to exercise every day!

Ken and Sam are extremely helpful, patient coaches, and they make sure everything is scaled for your ability level. CrossFit South East is a community, not just a gym. I always enjoy coming to this gym

At first I enjoyed it, facility was great and also the people. However they closed down for 2 weeks because of financial issues and when I asked for a refund the owner said she can’t because the funds has been frozen and I never heard back from her. It’s a shame really but if your thinking about joining this crossfit...think again, you are better of going to the gym at least you won’t get ripped off.

Great facility, amazing coaches, encouraging members and friendly atmosphere. I love training at CFSE, every day is a new challenge.

Excellent coaches and facilities, challenging but fun workouts, and most importantly a super friendly and encouraging atmosphere. I've only been here 6 months but have already achieved more than I ever thought was possible.

An extremely positive atmosphere filled with professionals and hardworking no nonsense individuals. The facility is top notch and the staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating for all your needs. I highly recommended them if you are based  in or near the area.
