Worst Zambrero’s experience to date… didn’t follow any coeliac procedure. I got the power burrito meant to have 50% more filling ended up being half the size of a regular burrito
Menulog not working,no delivery for Wangaratta Zambrero staff not competing paid for order for pickup after serving 4 customers, and going onto more customers even though app says 15min wait for order after paying online.Food: 5/5
The service was excellent, the serving size generous and the food was of good quality. Hard to fault really, although the chicken would have been better if it was roasted rather than whatever it was when spread on to our burritos. I would definitely order again though, so it was pretty good!
If I could give zero stars I would got food for dinner from hear n omg it was disgusting ill never ever get food from hear again the burritos were cold n soggy the enchiladas were like cardboard learn how to cook food b4 sending out n taking 1 hour to get to me
We ordered two burritos at 6:30pm. The delivery time on menulog stated 15-20 minutes. Once we ordered we were told it would arrive at 7:50-8:10pm. Yes, that is a long wait but we had already ordered. We called the restaurant at 8:10pm as the delivery still hadn't arrived and were told it was on its way. 10 minutes later we got a text saying it would not come until 8:55pm which is 2 and a half hours. We understand they are busy, an hour is reasonable but 2 and a half is not! The delivery driver arrived and didn't wait for me to answer the door, so I called them back and suggested they change the wait time on the menulog site. They did not seem to take accountability for the time- even though I was very understanding. I told her we sent a refund to the store and asked if they would look at it when they get back. The food was hot and overall okay but my burrito didn't have the avocado in it. Overall, abysmal wait time and bad customer service over the phone and in person. Will not ask for delivery again.
Very poor experience - no coeliac protocol followed. Recently employed workers shouldn't be allowed to have free reign. They have little idea about what's going on...Poor management
