Last Wednesday night we bought Ginger Beef and Panang Chicken. Both the meats in these dishes were "rubbery" and looked and felt like they had been boiled, certainly not stir fried. Both dishes , particularly the beef, were watery. We were really disappointed in this food, as we have had Thai many times before and know what it should be like. We won't be going back to Green Emerald.
we were visiting from Melbourne and walked past and dr used to dine what a mistake ! The menu states hot and spicy as we like hit good we ordered thai green curry and chili jam duck we asked for both dishes to be hot they were bland not hot curry like water it was aweful . We asked for some chopped fresh chili to spice it up and if came frozen never have i had that before . Advise don’t go i could cook better thai food myself
The worst Thai I have ever had! Tasteless, watery red curry. Satay chicken sticks and satay for the roti different flavours, both no good. Curry puff was ok I don’t recommend going here!

We got take away green chicken curry and green pork curry. Both green currys were watery and had no depth of flavour. Was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I counted 3 peas and 5 bits of carrot. No other veg. The meat was tough. All round very unsatisfying meal. Would not recommend getting curry here. We won't bother going back here either.

Really impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Hadn’t been for a few years but the food was delicious, well cooked and beautifully flavored.
First time here as visitors to the lovely Wangaratta. Food and service was impeccable! Loved my Thai Basil pork. Couldn't resist the fried icecream made even more fun by the sparklers! Thank you, wait staff and chefs.
The customer service skills were excellent. They were friendly towards us when we arrived and helpful when we ordered the meals and drinks. I would recommend the Emerald Thai Restaurant to anybody as the food is lovely and so are the people that run the restaurant.
Amazing food and great service. Everyone was really kind! Vegetarian options: VERY delicious! Kid-friendliness: High chairs and paper cups for my little family members. Very kind to everyone at the table. Dietary restrictions: Chef was able to cater to my dietary needs.
