You may as well just replace your employees with self serve checkouts like they do at McDonalds? As it's what my experience felt like. Felt as if I was talking to unenthusiastic automated robots whose only purpose is to collect money. Food is good but it's a Zambrero franchise. The one in Mirrabooka is a bit further away from Kingsway but so worth the drive for better customer service.

So this is my local zambrero store and can I say I want to move house even state because of it. The customer service is just appalling, swearing and no acknowledgement of the customer to say the least. The blaring hip hop music makes me question how they can even satisfy customers or have customers coming back. I have a rare condition called farmers eyes which makes them constantly glazed and red I don't need a zambrero staff member(( owners son) family owned) telling me that I'm a drug addict in front of a busy store during its peak hour. Thank goodness it's a franchise because the food tastes great. But hey don't let me be the judge try it out for yourself.

Brilliant food, staff shortage during peak on a public holiday but the guy's were apologizing for the delay, my daughter had a voucher for another store and she was given a discount because she couldn't use her voucher. ...great customer service

The food was OK, not great, I ordered the chicken nachos and the chicken quesadillas tonight via uber eats. The first impression was someone just threw the quesadillas in the box to see if they could float in BBQ sauce, there was also an issue where at some points it felt as if I was eating egg shell,not sure what that issue is but was unpleasant a simple fix for the BBQ sauce little separate container. Whoever put my order together clearly loves sauce as the issue continued onto my nachos. Chicken ,nachos and cheese,under a swimming pool of sour cream flat packed down with guacamole wedged in the corner with red onion chunks throughout which unfortunately is all I could taste. Overall taste of red onion and sour cream. It was that compact that trying to lift the first nacho out lifted the whole thing up, it was pretty much glued together, again simple fix for the sauce, guacamole everyone's tastes are different so each to there own, nachos are nachos and again same issues with the chicken when I could find it. Overall not a pleasant experience.
