The customer service is great, my chips are always fresh, it’s right across the road from where I work and my chicken is never dry!

This red rooster has a slow customer service. Waiting for taking the order when I was doing the queue with someone else. It's understandable to priorise the drive thru.

It's unacceptable that customers have to ask for table napkin after receiving and checking the meal because they are not a dispenser on tables or store desk to take by your own.

Check to make sure you get what you've ordered. And do you want Chips with your salt?

Do not drive off until you have double checked your order. At this Red Rooster you will get incorrect food 40% of the time. I am never satisfied with the quality of the food at this Red Rooster either.
