They donate meals for meals to those who are needy. They have lots of mexican food options. Kind of like a subway in that ingredients are built in front of you. I love their nachos mini is good if you want a lite snack- or a kids snack. They’re hiring at the moment.
I ordered veggie bowl, Worst zambrero i have ever had in my life. Staff not trained properly and customer service is even worst. Make sure you guys trained your staff properly and then allow them to serve costomer. look at the photo i have attached then you think you if you will have this kind of food are you going to eat it .?
Pretty solid experience. This was our first time at a Zambrero but the portion size was a little off. I'd take only Lettuce while my sister took Lettuce and rice and yet we both got the same amount of Lettuce. Even the portion of the meat, could have been better. Still giving it 4 stars because we legitimately loved the freshness and flavor, but misses on the 5 because of what I mentioned.
We were served by a lovely girl who was friendly, well mannered and prompt in her delivery. The burrito and burrito bowl that she put together for us was good. I would go here again simply based on the service we received.
Food was good but the customer service was awful. The attitude from the two young ladies working was extremely poor. I ordered my food and the girls continued to give each other looks, talk amongst themselves and snark/laugh at myself and the other customers in the store while I was trying to order my food. Staff weren’t trained properly, have no idea about the products they’re serving to people and have terrible customer service skills. Again, food was perfectly fine but I wouldn’t return simply because of the attitude from workers.
Delicious food and amazing customer service, I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for some great Mexican food. I ordered a gluten free burrito bowl I have coeliac disease and the staff were really knowledgeable about avoiding cross-contamination. Thanks Zambrero!
This must be the best Zambrero that I have visited. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and tidy. Order was taken accurately and our food was delicious and fresh. Vegetarian options: Great variety for vegetarians.
The food was amazing as always. However as soon as we had entered the store the staff had become Covid Marshals, literally yelling orders at customer. The staff were more concerned about the way customers wearing their mask rather than the customers order and experience within the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant need adequate coaching on how to treat humans fairly. Won’t be coming back here.
I ordered veg tacos and staff was giving me only salad in that without any protein when i asked her about beans she said no tacos don’t comes with beans but if you want i can include that for extra money i said alright can you add it but when i checked on zamberaro website as well it was included
Always get a good burrito here at my favourite Zambies! Friendly staff, great food, in a prime location - doesn’t get much better
