Went there without booking luckily it was a quiet night so we got table straight away. Ordered Tacos Combo and Tostada and both turned out meh. My partner's tacos was just too basic ... in fact he said it's like tacos from the box or worst than boxed tacos. My Tostada wasn't what I've expected too. I have ordered Tostada in other mexican restaurants before so I kinda have an idea what dish it is. My Tostado was like lettuce salad with a little salsa and a little corn tortilla plus sour cream. I don't know if they just forgot to put the meat on it but when I asked my partner he said they didn't asked for choice of meat when he ordered it. What a joke! But then my partner said it doesn't really matter cos the meat choices doesn't really taste that good. Wouldn't mind eating vegan dish if it is nicely cooked. I know the prices isn't that dear but I don't think it's worth the money. So we were really disappointed with our meal, to be honest I was in the foul mood after our meal LOL. Our fault for not checking the reviews before going in and for expecting too much. Learnt our lesson. I am giving two stars because somehow the service was okay.
Overpriced and dirty place. Most glasses were not washed and one had a big lipstick on it. The toilets had many mice dropping on the floor. Plainly dirty place. Management needs to do something about their hygiene problems.
Great location and delicious food
Food was delicious, the wait for it was a bit long for a couple of people who were reeealllyyy hungry. Atmosphere is quite cosy and it can get loud, especially when there's big groups. We walked out about 9pm and there were still plenty of people coming in to eat at that time
Take care of your bill, they don't show you a good itemised bill. ATO something smell very spicy

The food and staff and incredibly delightful. I highly recommend that if you are craving for an authentic Mexican experience in adelaide, Gringos is the right place for you. They are highly accommodating and will make sure you leave the door with a big happy belly smile on your face. I went there with my family and each and every dietary requirement was taken care of by the staff and the chefs. Great job guys i am definitely coming back.
My partner and I shared a nachos plate. It was yummy & just the right amount for two people to share. Also had a one litre jug of frozen margarita which was refreshing on a hot day. Staff were good. Prices were average.
Great atmosphere, great customer service, tasty burgers with beer and one of the advantages is that you can choose your seat!! Enjoyed it!
