Story

Zambrero is a Quick Service Restaurant that offers healthy Mexican food. Since being formed in 2005 by Dr. Sam Prince, millions of meals have been provided to those living in poverty around the world through Zambrero's Plate 4 Plate initiative.
Plate 4 Plate is Zambrero’s way of providing food to those in need. For every burrito or bowl purchased at Zambrero, a meal is donated through distribution partner Rise Against Hunger, which distributes food to those in the developing world.
The menu is bold modern Mexican with burritos, tacos, nachos and quesadillas made with fresh ingredients and fresh ideas.

Poor quality of food. Very expensive for what they serve. Will never go back there.

Seriously understaffed. I've been here many times during the week for lunch and almost without fail there will only be one person for a queue of people. The second person if there is one, is probably on a lunch break. Don't get me wrong, that's fine of course to take a lunch break. But probably advisable to take it BEFORE or AFTER peak time, as opposed to when most people take lunch. Food is okay, service is very hit or miss.

Terrible, can’t say anything about service as there wasn’t any, chicken tasted like purée curry paste. I found it a very disappointing experience. 
I found out this is a food chain afterwards, surely they won’t last long with food like this.

Slow service and as another review said, it was all mush even baby food from Woolies or Coles around the corner may have tasted better than this

I absolutely love Zambrero but the last couple of times I've visited Zambrero. The burritos were a little disappointing, small amount of meat inside, majority of the burrito is lettuce, small amount of sauce to no sauce?
