I have been a long time customer at this KFC and always been pretty happy but after repeatedly ordering zinger boxes at all the KFC restaurants that I go to, all of a sudden this particular store along with a couple of others apparently don't serve the same food... this is misleading and as far as I am concerned false advertising as Google images put up by KFC staff show the food I would expect to get when I pay for it... instead of receiving potato & gravy, you will just receive gravy, which isn't even gravy at all, it's a disgusting powdered imitation of gravy, it literally tastes like liquid cardboard. After looking over my receipts there is no mention of this at all, I find this to be extremely weird as I paid the same price for entire meal as I did this one with missing ingredients... also the chicken tasted like dirty oil. I spoke to a manager who didn't care at all about what I had to say. I would not recommend this store and I will never return. I am very disappointed, this place has lost a regular customer.
The worst zinger box, I ever had in my life. Wings were cut in half and got 2 only which smells very bad, The zinger itself such a cheap quality. Will never go there again even if I am having a short time to buy food.
This store has a employee, audrey that just walks around and mops around people's feet while they're eating with no sense of personal space, she talks rudely to customers also and gives them filthy looks through the windows almost like she is waiting for someone to do something she doesn't like so she can yell at them. It's disgusting behaviour and she should be fired honestly.
Clean KFC and prompt staff. Got my Zinger burger within 3 minutes of ordering it.Food: 5/5
If I can give no stars for this review, I will definitely go for it. I ordered a upsize box. But the big chips were not fully loaded , only half. And the staff did not give me the gravy. The chicken patty is so small. Luckily I realized they didn’t give me the drink and asked for it, or the staff seemed to forget it either. I even found hair in my meal. I can’t believe at this special time they still perform at this kind of hygiene level. Worst KFC in Melbourne.
One of the better KFCs around, higher chance of crispy chicken. Why not have yourself a Japanese Christmas with the Colonel?
Updated review: Recently, they have introduced a policy of not giving any extra hand wipes when you ask for more. Due to this, I can no longer recommend this KFC. Old review five stars: 'Went there twice, both times they gave me an excellent amount of the hand wipes after I asked. Set my record of 32 and second best place of 25 for most KFC wipes from one zinger box.'
Ordered zinger burger. The chicken was totally uncooked i took a bite and it felt like i am eating raw chicken, ruined my mouth tasted. Told the floor manager about it, she was apologetic and was ready to exchange. But i had already wasted my dinner time didn't want to risk it again. Never coming back
Worst KFC eating experience ever , Ordered two boxes of original recipe and both of them were uncooked , It wasn't crispy at all and on top of that it was uncooked , Please check the attached pictures
Got the mixed feast. Chips were soggy, tenders were tiny, some smaller than my thumb. They didn’t include any of the sauces. Also the jalapeño slaw didn’t even have any jalapeños.. Overall pretty poor experience
