Had the worst experience with this store. We ordered at 10:35pm, the estimate delivery time was 30 minutes. We called up at 11:15pm asking where our order was, the person on the phone said 10 mins max. Still nothing at 11:30pm. Called up again and he was fairly rude to us, giving us false information and time. Pizzas were cold and soggy. I wouldn’t order from this store if I was you. Melbourne cbd provides better services and gets to you within a good period of time. Definitely getting a refund

TL;DR prices are great, staff is rude, delivery is late. I pre-ordered online my pizzas on my way from work to home and within 20 minutes i reached the store at right time. The screen showed READY and they hadn't started baking those pizzas. Like, seriously?

These guys don't read the online order carefully. It's not the first time that I've received my pizza with the wrong toppings after paying extra. Very disappointing.
