Incompetent staff working. One girl doing the coffee and dealing with customers a long line waiting while the other had no common sense to come help at the till, instead carried on unpacking food items for the shelves. 8.50am this morning. The Indian girl with long pony tail shouldn't work there or needs more training Pronto on customer service. Paid $20 gas and the pump wouldnt work, 3 times in and out the shop telling the staff member there's no gas in it, no common sense to cancel the sale and put me on another pump told me i needed to wait for it to untime out. I dont have time for that. No wonder customers pay outside now get there gas n go, no longer want to deal with staff.

Today I went to Pump my car Air Pressure. I went around between 9am-9.30am and I dint know how to pump it and I asked a girl who was working there to help me. But she refused and said nobody there to help. As I am a elderary Lady this is not the way to treat people. Very disappointing about Z at Pakuranga.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend this service station and the staff who assisted me on Saturday morning. I was having a hectic day with flat key battery but he was so helpful and kind. Thanks once again for the wonderful customer service!! :D

Hadn't been here in a while as the coffees ended up getting really bad and weren't burnt a lot in the mornings. Went on this occasion and was veery surprised.  The coffee quality had jumped ten fold. My mocha was delicious.  Will have to go back and ensure it wasn't a one off.

I bought a Prezzy card from this gas station and payed $50. Once I got back home I tried to use it BUT IT WAS NOT ACTIVE! And I don't have the code to activate it!
