Would highly recommend this Company, they were very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to help make our dream kitchen come true. The quality and installation was excellent. If you are looking for a great quality kitchen that is reasonably priced, look no further that YVCM in Kilsyth.
Definitely WON'T be using YVCM! During initial phone enquiry today, I spoke with Julia whose attitude and tone of voice was appalling. She was miserable and monotone, told me a number of times that's she's too busy and got too much on her plate, sounded totally disinterested in getting my business; and when I told her I felt her customer service was poor, she still sounded like she couldn't care less. I asked her to transfer me to the manager. Spoke to Alex who is one of the owners. He went through the motions of listening to me but he couldn't have cared less either. YVCM, you might have all the customers you need right now as you're "so busy" but, one day, your terrible customer service might come back to haunt you. You know, it doesn't cost you a cent to have a great attitude over the phone! Time to send your staff on customer service training! _______________________________________ In response to your reply Alex, if you re-read my complaint, you'll see that my issue was with Julia's "I'm too busy" attitude on the phone, the lack of customer service "happy to help" vibe and her complete disinterest. To be clear, it was not about the urgency of my job or your lengthy turn around times. Julia may be a valued and competent administrator at your back end but she's doing your business no favours when she's speaking to potential clients.
Finally finished our kitchen mid April 2019, ordered the kitchen in early December 2018. We ordered the kitchen and were aware of the expected wait times. Waited 11 weeks for the kitchen including the Christmas period however once it was installed a few panels didn't fit so they had to be taken away, this took another few weeks before they were returned. We then realised the draw next to the oven which was meant to be shorter wasn't so we had to get the draw fixed. This again took another few weeks to complete. Really bad communication, you don't get advised where things are at and I had to constantly call to follow up. Now that our kitchen is in and finished I love it! Great quality, great price but just frustrating to get to this point.
Rang and spoke to the girl on reception who was very nice, explained i had a large job that i wanted a quote on, she said to email the drawings thru and one of the sales team would contact me to discuss, that was 2 weeks ago! I have since had 2 quotes from other cabinet makers. If it takes that long just to get a quote for a 40k job, forget it!
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From Julia in sales, Lee and Jenny in the office, and even the delivery and installation guys. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knew their products and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Finally have my dream kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you all
Yvcm are a grate bunch of people who will go to all extents to make your renovations go to plan, to top them off their quality of product is outstanding. I will recommend them for years to come good job guys!
Could not be happier with my kitchen, these guys are a dream to work with. Don't let the dated showroom turn you off using them.
