DO NOT BUY from these people, we purchased a $3000 leather lounge suite from these people via a store in Yarrawonga. We had this lounge in for repair twice (after only 8 months) and the store repaired it a further time. The couch was still not fixed. The frame was made of packing crates and fell apart. We took this to the ACCC and the manufacturer and the store reached a stalemate and said they can do no more for us. So we took them to VCAT. The manufacturer (Joff's) offered us $300 compensation. My husband refused and took it all the way. The manufacturer turned to my husband and told him he had been to these hearings before and he always won. At the hearing the judge looked at our photo's and could not believe that what she was seeing was a $3000 couch. After a little the judge awarded us $3000 refund. When we went to the store in Yarrawonga to collect the cheque the store owners apologised and said it should not have have gone this far. Then why the hell did it? WE WON. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE The manufacturer tried to blame our kids for the couch falling apart.
