After checked on the Google review, I walked in ACES showroom as it is close to my shop. So lucky I did it! Hands down the best team in the southeast for your equipment and everything for your kitchen. If you have questions? Call Steven! He is the man who always look after you. Not just a sales but truely a friend.
So glad we found this place to get all of our kitchen equipment for our upcoming new cafe in Richmond @staei_cafe Service was friendly and efficient. Steven listened to our needs and found the most appropriate solutions. There were some issues with a couple of the products at the beginning which Steven took a keen interest in liaising with the supplier/manufacturer to resolve. Made life a lot easier for us, especially with so much on our plate trying to get the business off the ground. Good, honest, professional and friendly service. If you're after some equipment, there's no need to look further.
Enquired about equipment for a new shop fit out and ended up getting almost everything through ACES. Not only competitive prices but service was over and above. I dealt with Eric and he is amazing person always happy to help out, extremely honest and easy to deal with. Will definitely be back for any future fit outs!

The ONLY place you will need to go for Commercial Kitchen needs. I have work with a few suppliers before but I would say ACEs nails it. Everything from the necessary certificates to supplying, shipment, installation & set up was arranged effortlessly. Follow up service was performed without a need to ask. Any defects was rectified spontaneously. There's so much more I want to compliment but will stop here by saying they are really the professional in the field. Thanks to Roger for his support and a super thanks to Steven Tan for his super hard work to see through the whole Niubi project. Steven doesn't only provide us the equipments, he has provided us the total solutions.

ACES have provided exceptional service to my f&b business over the past 2 years. No matter how small the request, or product purchase was, Roger, Eric & the rest of the team are always giving 110%. When I give Roger a call about a question, he will ring back within the hour or text to say exactly when he will call. That's the type of service businesses should have but unfortunately I've dealt with many kitchen supply & fit-out companies and they don't deliver like ACES does. ACES also has a very good list of contacts to tradesmen & service technicians that are highly skilled, and responsible. They helped provide advice on an existing kitchen exhaust canopy fan prior to my purchase of a walk-in-walk-out f&b business which was over 20 years old. This helped me so much as without it, I may have made some unsound decisions during the purchase negotiations. I will recommend ACES to anyone that looking to refurbish an existing kitchen, or set up a brand new one. Just ask Roger if you are unsure of next steps, he will help you out with his years of experience in this industry. Well done team!
