Delivery of two single beds. Driver was inconsistent with what he relayed to myself and Linda from store. Driver also did not complete job by not taking beds to rooms despite charging additional fee of $120 for stair access. Though I appreciate driver reluctantly turning around to complete the job after he apparently initially received the wrong address I did not appreciate his attitude. Thanks but I'm glad I never have to deal with you again🤷🏻‍♀️

Big store with lots of things that are ok prices (though the prices next door are waaaay better). We did like to visit a lot but unfortunately we won't go back, as today my son had a toy taken off him by a staff member, she put it back, and he was told not to touch any of them (ok, I guess we won't buy any of them). Another staff member then told me off because he was trying to touch a Christmas decoration. Except that I was literally in the middle of telling him not to touch it, right until she stood in front of me and stopped me...to tell me he shouldn't touch them. He was playing with the toys, yes, because there's toys on low shelves and on the floor. He was being gentle with them all and he was putting them back away whenever I told him to. Did the staff all get a memo to be jerks to kids, even if they're not misbehaving?

Hopeless never get them to deliver stuff thay just stuff you around .thay told me three different days and never came vary poor from the salvos
