Very poor service. I rang them at 8:30 AM (when they first opened for the day) to confirm that they had a brand new driver's side indicator lens for my car, they said they have one FOR SURE, $20, no problem. Then after I'd done most of things I needed to do that day, at about 4:00, I rang them again, just to confirm 100% that they had one, same answer, "we have one for sure, $20, you asked us this morning" So then I drove the 20km down there to get it, and when I got there "We don't have a new one, but we can sell you this scratched up stuffed one for $55", to which I replied with "No I wan't a new one", so they told me to go to rare spares (which is just down the road), when I got to rare spares, they said "we don't carry them, have to go to Ford, and they are obselete at Ford too", so I ended up finding one at a local wrecker the following day. Will only go back if I CAN'T get what I want elsewhere.

Joe at Just Falons is just great. Always professional and helpful ..I have never met someone with such great service and standards in this business.. I dont call anywhere else now..if he doesn't have what you are looking for, he will steer you in the right direction. Keep it up Joe, keep Just Falcons Australian Attitude Proud

I like this place when I'm stuck for a part for my relatives Falcon. For a car wrecker their style of service is much more helpful than most. Their prices are reasonable too.

I've got Been going there for years only because they're the only ones in the eastern suburbs I'd much prefer to go elsewhere if I could these guys are rude and impatient with the non - professional
