This is hands down the best store for all of your guilty fun needs, kinks and fantasies in one!! The customer service is top notch and the best I’ve experienced in any retail setting I had a lovely girl help my choose movies to my pleasure from pirates to babes, she walked me through a super wide range of delicious and delightful toys she even demonstrated the best ways to play! I also got some fun little silly gifts for me and my love there is honestly everything you could want in one store. The toys are top quality and the service was to die for!
Huge thanks to Nat. She took out several outfits for me to try on and gave recommendations for things that myself and my partner might like. And told us which was the really good quality things. Also took out multiple toys so we could have a better look at them. She was a huge help for the whole time we were in there

Orded on boxing day. Got an email, sorry for the inconvenience, your order will be at our store on Tuesday. No email saying about what is going on. Its now Wednesday. Not happy. Maybe you could let us know on your website what is in stock, say like jbhifi do. Pick your game up please.
Younger girl was actually awesome her nature and customer service was perfect, she helped my friends and i so much! recommend a lot!!
I've been there a few times over the years noticing them develop, but more so recently since the huge store is reaching capacity with a very wide range of garments, toys, videos, games and accessories. I found the female staff easy to talk to about even the most sensual desires l wanted to achieve and valued their own opinions and recomendations.

The service in this store was nothing short of dishonest. My husband purchased a LELO Smart Wand on the 9th of August 2019 - that was faulty from the start. We took it back the next day and was told we were not using it right. We went home recharged it and tried again. The product continually loses power once it touches your skin. We took it back again and demonstrated it and the girl refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong. They had to keep the product and test it in store. They decided again there was nothing wrong with it. We wrote to the manufacturer they said in short that they designed them that way to increase the longevity of the item. However the instructions say just the opposite. The Product is useless, does not hold power and neither the store of manufacturer were interested in any form of customer service. My husband was SOLD into the product saying it had a 10 year warranty. The store blatantly lied, deceived and mislead my husband with this product. NEVER TRUST THE SALES TEAM AT THIS STORE.
Love going to this place. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. If they haven't got what you're looking for, they'll call or look up the stock at other branches and try to help as much as they can. Well done guys.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff, a wide range of what they have on the web site but not all. Always welcomed with a smile. I do go back a lot
