Really agree with Martin Douthwaite. I paid twice to get my box gutter fixed without any success. I was asked to contact Tony Young when it was raining and he could see where the rain was coming in. I did that and was told that everyone had a problem that day. - end of phone call. If they were unable to deal with box gutters, they should have told me.  Friends of mine have had problems with Youngs Plumbing too.
