I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I give credit when credit is due. Thank you GA Perry for attending my house straight away to repair my broken tap. The office staff were very helpful and the tradesman was polite, professional and fast. Highly recommend them to anyone. Well done!

Excellent and professional service.  The plumber was friendly and helpful  he managed to clear my blocked drain quickly.  Very knowledgeable &  The  rates  were very fair  hard to find service this good these days

POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES, EXCESSIVE PRICES, RUDE STAFF WHO WALK OUT WHEN YOU DON'T GO AHEAD WITH THE QUOTE! 

I'd give you a zero if I could! 

I was booked for the 4-8pm time slot. They state they will text you 20 minutes before arrival so there's no need to rush home or wait around. A young lady called at 5pm, states an 'Alfred' will contact me shortly, he's just been allocated my job. After waiting 1 and a half hours, I call the main landline number, speak with a lad who asks if I can reschedule. I say no, I've taken time off work and have been waiting. I can understand you had an issue with your booking system but not even an apology for the mess around. After another couple of phone calls back n forth, I receive a call at 730pm. His name, I don't know. What I do know is he is the rudest tradie I've met. Quoted $216 for the smallest part, then when I stated I wanted to think about it, get other quotes he says 'so I've wasted my time then'. WHO THE HELL SPEAKS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT?! Then walks out. Do you treat all your customers like that? 

What about my time? The time spent waiting around for you? Time off work. 

This is unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I will never EVER recommend your Company to family/friends. Poor service, staff with a bad attitude, excessive prices, ridiculous wait times. I will be going out of my way to share my experience with everyone. Gotta love social media and word of mouth.

Wonderful service. Fast working plumber and very friendly and professional. The phone staff were helpful and accomodating, they got a plumber out to my house on the same day that I called making my issue resolved promptly. Would recommend this company!
