Taryn was polite and informative when I spoke to her to make a booking.  I received a booking on the day I requested which was a relief for me. A follow up email confirmation was received as promised.

Darius phoned half an hour before arriving and arrived at the time he stated.

Darius completed the job within the time stated and all costs were clearly explained to me.  I was informed of the different options available to me regarding the work that needed doing.  From this I could chose the most cost-effective option suitable to my needs.

The house and yard were left clean and tidy after the work was completed.

I would most definitely use your service again and recommend to family and friends.

Darius was very friendly and easy to talk to which made it much easier to understand the work that was being done. I appreciate that he was honest and upfront about the condition of the shower drain pipe and any problems I may encounter in the future.

Overall, I received excellent service.

Rod Wesley  Hi, I would not recommend this company ever. the owner is rude and doesnt care. I should have gone with the recommended repairer who would have been cheaper. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Disappointed with not being provided with all potential costs of New HWS and installation when making mobile inquiry and purchase. When trying to sort out told no refund and my problem as Terms and conditions sent via email which I hadn't seen. Installation was satisfactory but this is what I expected. Old HWS and packaging left on site.

I had a burst underground pipe in my house recently. I called Plumbdog to repair the leak that I located. When I called I asked: 'how much do they charge per hour?' They didn't want to tell me, only said it cost between $160 to $220. The plumber came repaired the leak within 1 hour and charged me $357.92 ( parts cost maybe $10 to $20)
When I question the charge he threaten me that he will shut the water supply to the property and destroy what he has done if I don't pay on a spot. I had no choice and paid. Now I know why they didn't want to tell me the labor cost per hour. They just charged me $340 per hour. Avoid them at all cost.

I am super impressed by the plumbing service at Plumbdog, from the initial phone contact all the way to the wave goodbye as the Plumbdog van drove away. Our gas hot water system died on Sunday morning, and one phonecall (in a panic before work on Monday) was all it took to get a same day quote (Monday) and a hot shower by Tuesday afternoon. I got a text message prior to the plumber arriving, he was super polite, super efficient and explained the entire process and all my options before he started work. Most importantly, he even fixed the annoying water hammer on the hot water tap that had become the soundtrack to my life living with three teenagers who seemed oblivious to the armageddon-volume percussion their showers generated each day. 
Really REALLY happy with the service.
