Yokohama Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant

We had a wonderful experience here. The chef was fun and entertaining. Food was fresh, cooked right in front of us with great showmanship by the chef, and everything was delicious! We had the Niku set $51.50 pp and it was worth it. Great fun time, lots of laughter.

Our chef was amazing, such a great personality, we laughed the whole time. The food was nice and light, cooked well and tasty. The servce was spot on, ndver a dirty plate left in front of you, very attentive. An interactive experience that everyone can enjoy.Food: 5/5

This is my first time ate Tepayaki where the chef served foods in front of us. I chose Moriawase. The eye fillet taste so good, scallops and the prawn are fresh. I ordered the Japanese Slipper and it was refreshing. As I'm a big fan of green tea, I feel a bit disappointed with the green tea ice cream. It was supposed to be bitter but it taste sweet instead. The chef entertained us with his magic trics.

We dropped in without a booking on a Saturday night and were fortunate to get a table. It was lovely seeing the fun atmosphere at the teppanyaki tables. We enjoyed 3 of the different set banquets. Beautiful food, great sampling, not too much, wonderfully prepared. Value for money

It was a wonderful experience but if you see Arnold, head for the door! The chef was funny and great, made sure the chicken was cooked thoroughly. Honestly, had such a great night and it was a blast, would highly reccommend it and enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff! Meow

We came here for lunch today and really loved the food and the experience. It was so much fun and we loved that it was different than the standard restaurant out. The staff were fun, attentive and profession and the food was really delicious. We would come back again for sure!

Extremely disappointed. Booked for my birthday and I had been so excited for this place, and was let down. Our chef did not speak to us the entire time, he cooked the food which was very tasty but that was it. All the other tables had chefs who actually engaged with them, doing magic tricks and making jokes, and ours did not say one word. I wish I had booked a normal restaurant as the whole point of booking Teppanyaki here was to have fun and be entertained. Do not recommend this place at all

I don’t give out much five star reviews but this place really impressed everyone. Our chef was really funny and engaged with us a lot which was amazing. First they start off with some tricks which blew me away since it was my first time. The food was delicious and I had no issues with it at all. Our chef played a game with us where he chucked egg into our mouths and another where he gave us a bowl and we had to catch the rice otherwise we had to wear it. He was nice enough to let us choose if we wanted to participate in the games. He also sung some songs to the other people on the table. One tip would be if you are in a large group make sure to put the people who’s first time going at the front closest to the chef so they can experience the action and show. Otherwise if they are at the end of table like I was you might not get the same impact. I wish I could return here again but it is really expensive but I can see why.

Fantastic restaurant. Excellent service from waiting staff. Great to see the chefs cooking food right at your table. A fun an entertaining experience. Enjoyed every dish.
