Uni Boom Boom

It’s like a hidden gem. Beautiful seafood platter, eel and soy sauce with wasabi. Never had anything good like this. We ordered one noodle soup but it tastes just average. Everything else is superb. They also have unlimited seaweed to wrap the sea urchin. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Uni or sea urchin is a tasty and edible ingredient being neglected by many. This place brings the best out of it by many fusion and innovative dishes. All the sashimi and ingredients are so fresh and well presented, definitely exceed our expectations. Hidden little restaurant a bit away from the busy Glen Shopping centre. Signature Sea Urchin dish was fresh and well prepared, fast and attentive service to boot. You can see the kitchen preparing the dish live from the kitchen counter so you know it's all prepared on demand

Been few times with friends or by our own also take awayLike the way they pack the food with care and use environmental protection box~ like the food there,but my husband wasn't a fan *surprise box is recommend and ur kids would love it! *Tried some different dishes but my favourite is the milk tea and eight elements signature dishyou just order one and everything in it

Came here a few days ago with my wife and... I am still having dreams about the night- and no, not about the wife, but about the dinner. I have never had such creamy, flavourful and tender oysters in my life. For the low price of 2 dollars per oyster, the quality is tough to beat. The sashimi and scallops were also quite delicious as well. My only complaint is that uni bowl was a bit steep. Would highly recommend.

The main dish, Aburi, is loaded with seafood like tuna, salmon, scallops with short spine sea urchin in it. And it tasted simply divine, so tasty and incredible. Very filling one as well. The drinks were very refreshing. Especially the Kumquat plum green tea that also had gold dust on top of it. The decor of this restaurant keeps changing with oncoming festivals and vibe is so traditional and lovely with Chinese folk music playing in the background. Hidden gem in the residential area abit hard to find lol price is reasonable for an uni restaurant. Curry is nice, fish ball is nice, but uni kinda melted or it’s just a very small amount in the curry so barely tasted any uni. Otoro is ok with its price but not very stunning as in I’ve tried some better one. It would be great if the seaweed of hotdog was fresh, it was abit chewy, other than that, it tasted pretty good. And we ordered some different sashimi and they made it as a platter, good presentation, salmon belly and scallops were great. We also had wagyu uni don forgot to take the picture cuz I was hungry lol was good, wagyu was so so, worth to try but not recommend. Lastly, they close at 9pm, but the reservation system shows last booking is 8:30pm, and their kitchen close at 8:45pm, better go there earlier if you wanna have a less rush dinner.
