Excellent location, it’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is super spacious and has great appliances, the restrooms were also high quality and regularly cleaned. The staff were also friendly and massively helpful in getting us a last minute transfer to the airport.
I stayed here for 5 nights. First in a 5-bed mixed dorm and then in a private twin. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, with AC, black-out curtains and fresh linen and towels provided.nnOtherwise, the bathrooms are modern and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The showers work well. The kitchen is clean, spacious and has lots of space to store food. The pool is awesome, with plenty of loungers, warm water and lots of sunlight. Generally the hostel has a really chill vibe and is a great place to relax with comfy, open and airy communal areas.nnThe location is perfect, right next to the beach and in town. Easy to get to everything you need.nnThe team are incredibly kind, helpful and patient. They make you feel welcome and will do everything they can to make your stay better/easier. It was very easy to change rooms during the trip and to check in/out.nnThe only two very minor things I would change is having shower gel in the cubicles and that some of the toilet seats didn't seem to fit properly.nnOverall this was one of the best hostels I've stayed in and would definitely return here and recommend to friends! Thanks for a great trip!
Stayed for 4 nights. Great Rooms, lots of space, nice pool. Bathroom & kitchen were always clean. Guests and staff were super friendly
Great hostel in a great location with super friendly staff that catered for any of our needs. Spacious kitchen and outdoor dining/chilling area adjacent to a large pool and surrounding sun beds. Can’t fault this place!
I can’t recommend this hostel enough! I planned on staying 4 nights, but I fractured my foot and ended up staying for over 2 weeks—in large part because I loved the hostel. The staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and kind. The kitchen is large and clean with plenty of fridge space. The bathrooms, in particular, are stunning! I spent a lot of time lounging by the pool and in other common areas. I appreciate that smoking is only allowed outside the hostel. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Byron Bay
