Jay was charming and very helpful in suggesting a slightly-off-the-wall solution to my request of buying a SIM while I’m visiting Australia. I’ve used Optus before on previous trips and think they’re excellent.

I am a very satisfied Optus Customer due to the excellent customer service I always receive at Optus South Yarra. Lesley and Stephen are always so professional and helpful when I need assistance. That’s why I again chose this Office to renew my plan for a new ipad.

Poor customer service every time I enter this establishment. The staff seem inadequately trained. Once I had the entire contents of my phone wiped by a member of staff before being told to go to the CBD Optus branch where I could be actually assisted.
