Good, efficient service. Thank you Fiona. Sorted out our problem quickly, spent over 1 1/2 hours at Telstra and still no help.

I am with Telstra. I hada problem with my iPhone 6 (It wasn't charging). I went into the Telstra Shop in the Marketplace to find a queue of people out the door. I would have waited hours to be seen. I went almost next door to the Optus Shop and was immediately greeted by James. I told him it was Telstra service but told him about my problem anyway. He took my phone and with a pin took out some fluff from inside the jack where the charging cable plugs in. Problem fixed. I felt so guilty but ended up buying a cable from James. To cut a long story short, the service was friendly, efficient and professional. What a lovely guy James was. I couldn't recommend these guys higher. Thanks James, you deserve all good things that come to you.

No help what so ever. Staff need to be trained more as I had more knowledge than them. Very disappointed !

I required some help with a new prepaid phone, the total sale to optus was $2 for a new sim card. Allthough my purchase was very small it still required some computer work, I was treated extremely well by Greg who showed a great deal of knowledge and skill in what was required to set me up.
