They took me for long time waiting and even he not sign up me for 100 GB contract plan. Very bad service optus. I m sorry.

Very bad customer service.... Zero knowledge and reluctant to assist. Just put in insurance coverage for my phone. When asked to remove the insurance coverage,  he said he had done it... But bill came with insurance fee included. 
Bad service.

worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff seemed to be lacking in product knowledge. Asked a question and not one person could give me a straight answer, a lot of umms and errs. Warning to potential customers, make sure you have plenty of time and patience because you'll need it with this lot
