Great clothing, extremely poor service. Myself, my husband and uncle went into the YD store in Northland tonight in search of an outfit for my uncles birthday. There was no one else in store other than ourselves and the shop attendant. Not once did she approach us or ask if we needed assistance. We spent time in search and were clearly looking for various sizes. The shop attendant Izabella stood behind the counter ignoring us. My uncle then went to try on an outfit and ask if he could try it on. She then “gestured” to the changing rooms without even a word. My uncle then came outside with the outfit. Izabella looked our way then looked away. We went ahead and purchased the outfit as we really liked the style and needed it urgently for the weekend. YD if you have cameras I would recommend you watch the footage to see how unfriendly Izabella was tonight. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
Urgently in need of a suit for a funeral I raced around Northland with my nine month old - I was shocked by the lack of service or attention I got from various suit retailers and then I came to YD. Immediately I was greeted by Terri and then helped by her and Iman. Both staff members were friendly and professional, finding a auit and gave me the care I needed. When a suit jacket wasn't in stock they took it upon themselves to source one and assure me it would be in store tomorrow This exceptional above and beyond service is invaluable especially post pandemic. Don't go anywhere else first stop should be Northland YD

Bought all outfit for my bachelors from here. Very friendly staff, very helpful with suggestions and good pricing. Quality of products could be better for the pricing though.
Cat’s customer service here at YD northland was absolutely amazing, cannot recommended her highly enough , she helped with every detail of my partners suit, thanks babe for great service and we will see you there soon . Legit one of the best in retail
