Business attire isn't my strong suit, fortunately while at this venue I had excellent service by a dedicated employee who was passionate about style and was amazing help. He gave me styling and colour matching tips, polite, attentive and professional. This will be my only destination for similar products in future.
They seem ok when you first walk in. . Then they cause a issue with the tailoring service. None of the staff want to take the responsibility for their error. But we have to accept the bad sewing quality!! They refused to refund the item when it didn't even leave the store. Very unprofessional. Never going back.
Used this store today ,with my son who hates clothes shopping. The staff amazing helpful patient, Great range of products . Highly recommended this store.
I left that place very upset and disappointed. We spent some time looking for a blazer and then another half an hour choosing outfit that matches it. Staff guy is polite and helpful. All the good experience were ruined at the checkout when it turns out that the blazer price is 2 times more. When I pointed out on a big price tag on the shelf with those blazers he said that that price is a mistake and if his boss was there she probably honored the price. I asked to call his boss and explain the situation. After the talk he said that boss didn't agree to honor the shelf price and that it was my fault that I didn't look at the the tag on the blazer itself. The most disappointing thing about it that I really liked the blazer and the shirt I choose to match it.
I recently moved to the Westside of Brisbane, Qld and needed some new clothes and accessories and remembered there was a Tarocash at the DFO centre at Jindalee and headed down there since I’ve been a loyal Tarocash customer for almost 20 years now. Before I reached my destination I stopped in at YD Clothing and I am so very glad that I did. The range of clothing was fantastic, the store was well presented and tidy and the pricing seemed too good to be true, but the real treat and star of the show is the store manager, Deborah. Her customer service is impeccable, her style tips were incredibly helpful and it was a joy to watch her bounce between multiple customers at the same time all while being a consummate professional and giving each person her own personal touch. She was friendly, charming and is a real boon to your company and because of her amazing service you now have me as a happy customer, so it’s adios Tarocash and hola YD! I usually buy a few suits each year and practically live in jeans and tees so I’m pretty excited to see what great styles you continue to release. People are so quick to criticise and complain in this day and age, but seldom take the time to compliment real service and I think she is very deserving of any praise she gets. Keep up the great work.
For me the customer service is a huge part of any business, and you will definitely have the best 5 stars customer service here. I thought today is not the day to get some new clothes for me, then I say a shirt that called my attention, I walked in and asked for it Deborah, the store manager walked me through some options and she definitely knows er business, every single item she showed me I was wow I like it, I ended up getting pants, shirts and 2 jackets. I can tell you the clothes are just gorgeous plus the experience that you received after getting into store is just amazing. 4 years looking for a store and I'm pretty sure I finally found it.
We had the best experience the other day, we were looking for a pair of pants & a dress jacket. My husband had tried on other trousers in other stores but the did not look good. Scott suggested skinny Chino' s something we would have never ever thought of. Well they were the best fitting trousers. Scott made our shopping experience. He knows what suits people, he is the most friendliest shop assistance we have come across in a long time. Highly recommend going to this store as we have nothing but high praise for our shopping day. Thanks so much Scott
Very disappointing experience. This store is not customer friendly. They mislead you with wrong price deals displays and follow it up with a pushy shop assistant. We've just spent more than half an hour to find the right size and a fit blazer with a shirt, and then when purchasing turned out the price tags were all wrong. Although it was their mistake, they didn't honour the advertising deal. What a waste of time. Never go back. Be extra cautious when buying anything.
Great deals for good products. Too bad one of the saleswoman who has been working there for a long time niw is quite rude. That really makes me not want to shop there anymore. From being pushy, requesting unnecessary information to complete a sale such as my email address, which got getting spammed regardless of asking the contrary to attempting to deny exchanges on false information. It's a shame. Hopefully her poor behaviour doesn't represent the company's culture.
Affordable for my first suit. Chill clerks that were friendly but not very responsive for asking about recommendations etc.
