Value for money, purchased 8 pairs. Large range to choose from. What stood out was the helpful staff especially the management team Duffy and Angie. They made us feel important all the way through even offering to take the shoes we didn't want back to the shelves. They offered to grab other sizes and made suggestions that suited our needs. Duffy and Angie also made sure they would honour the sale that was on, later in the week, on new stock that was arriving. Angie also said she would call us when the stock arrives and she delivered on those promises. A true heart for excellent customer service building trust. We will be back : J & N
Maybe I don't really understand the meaning of a "factory outlet." My understanding is that you get a great product for a lesser price?? Not so much the case here. However, the staff were fantastic.
Always tends to have a deal on all shoes. The range is good for an outlet store but sizing is limited, especially for kids. they do stock the classics and sometimes you can find a few special editions too. Staff are lovely and help out when needed.
Fantastic experience in there, shop assistant did every possible good thing. Mainly witnessed her interaction with a young disabled man, who was difficult, with impressive class and patience . She showed a full knowledge of her products and the processes in which to help us procure products from other Converse Factory Outlets. I have unfortunately forgotten her name. The assistant worked the morning of Tuesday the 27th of April.

Usually pretty good. Staff r always friendly here. Great range of converse shoes. I only wish there was more of a variety for new born babys
