I called to have a blow dry done, was told the lady who is available can only do straight blow dry. Obviously an inexperienced person. I had to go since had an event that night, the lady was very nice but honestly she needs a lot of practicing. I told them I had a shower so prefer my hair not to be washed again, I was told the price is the same so I may as well get a head massage! It wasn't about the price at all! Anyway they washed my hair again and I never received a head massage! I have my hair blow dried at the hairdresser at least once a fortnight and never had such a bad service. At the end I could do a better job at home than them charging me $57 for an apprentice to it. I didn't bother even ask them to redo as I couldn't trust them anymore. Will not go back again.

Amazing staff very helpful and really took there time to help me with my consultation. I was absolutly ecstatic with my cut and colour would highly recomend

My son has had his haircut at this place for over a year now, we have always been happy with it. However, the haircut we had last week was so horrible that my 5yo son cried after looking at himself in the mirror. I have also had various comments from friends and family commenting on how funny his haircut looks, which made me very upset during this festive season when lots of gatherings are happening. We really hope this is just a one off as this place is where both of our children have their haircuts.

YCJ's is under new management now and I am so excited. The manager and staff here are excellent!!!
