Went here and asked for balayage and paid over $200 with confidence of receiving the results I paid for yet my hair turned out nothing like I had asked and infact my hair simply looked the exact same as before

Firstly, I ensure that this comment is 100% true based on 2 experience of myself and my partner. Their customer service was terrible, staffs wasn't nice and not professional in communication neither giving advise about hair style. The prices are not cheaper than other places but they don't do their job properly. I wanted to colour my hair in different shade and at the end my hair is still the same as before without any colour on top from the root though I explained before starting. My partner wanted to have a male tidy hair cut by scissors but they used clipper to do it which we have done at home so many times. There was no drink offer like other hairdresser. Bad experience ever! Please do not go there to waste your money. We deserve a better service.

Baulkham Hills salon.. Walked out with dry fuzzy ends...very annoyed with finish..skipped cut which was included in price..no drink offered...went home and did better job myself.

I have been a customer at Norwest branch for years, why do they keep transferring their hairdressers to different locations !!!! My preferred hairdresser got transferred and no one would tell me where she went. I was then offered another hairdresser as a substitute. That didn't prove to be successful after months of persistence. (Incidentally the replacement got transferred to another location also). I was just about to look for another company when my old hairdresser appeared back again. Hurrah, problem solved until now. After another couple of years she's been transferred again !!!. It takes a long time to build trust and loyalty, your hairdresser is similar to your local GP in that respect. I will be looking around for a local alternative that I can depend on from now on. Poor rating is based on bad management rather than bad hairdressing

I love the girls at this salon... they are awesome, well mannered - and my experience has always been great!!! And the hair dressing is terrific as well....
