Poor customer service from the store manager - flippant and unconcerned when questioned that "running a bit late" isn't 50 minutes late. Called head office and received similar response. No concern that service offered was not provided. Quality of cut was fine although no offer to dry wet ends was provided.

Fantastic salon, I always have Jay as she is superb. I will follow her to the ends of the earth to do my hair.

Wish there was an option to give less then 1 star.I was given an appointment for 4:30 pm on a Saturday and when I reached there the salon was closed.Although they had my name and contact no. My party in the evening was ruined as I had nowhere to go as everyone was closing by 5. Shame!!
