They have recently added some great new gym equipment and machines. Would like to see a hip thruster and new new abb crunch machine. The staff a nice and friendly.  Overall it's a great gym. My pass gives me cinema , pool and golf access which is great value.

Good location, apartment was self contained - all you needed at hand. Right in the heart of Brunswick.

Signed up a day after Xmas day and wasn't give any contact from the staff to welcome me to the gym + to collect my membership card in order to use the gym as per company email, besides a lousy email that required my bank details. Over Xmas, if you're on reduced staff hours, don't advertise a special deal over that holiday period if it's going to refrain customers on getting what they need to start exercising at your gym. Your reduced staff hours should still require those staff members to practise what was advised to the new customer again, as per company email. Happy to charge the customer from the get go, yet the customer can't start their membership until they're given an access card. Don't rely on your new customers to check your social media for updates and guidance on what they should be doing. That is poor customer care. To top it off, during that time, my 48hr cooling off period occurred. I didn't even get to try the gym for the 1st week, but yeah sure. Terrible!

We went last night for the prawns and the eye filet steak. Prawns were horrible. Tuff and no flavour. Does the chef not taste anything before he puts it out? Luckily the eye fillet made up for it. It was wonderful.
