Very nice staff, clean and hygienic, has a skier, walk up step, many weight lifting equipment, has room for stretches, variety of hand weights on a rack, equipment for biceps, triceps, shoulder and stomach, pigeon hole cupboard for keeping gear, 2nd floor, large windows for view from treadmills and bikes, recent renovation wonderful colour scheme, change of flooring, excellently done

This club is overdue for a renovation to the newer AF models but facilities are well kept by staff and the older Life Fitness machines are all in working order. The female staff member that helped me look for my keys as she was clocking off is extremely friendly and helpful though, give her a raise.

This anytime facility is way below average compared with other anytime gyms. I’m new to Gladstone and very disappointed with this anytime facility. I hope they upgrade before my membership expires because I won’t stick with them if they don’t…. and they don’t have the crowd DJ music system that other anytime gyms have.

This is an average Anytime Fitness. It's basically the same as it was my last visit several months ago. Machines require maintenance. The 3 TV were switched to horse racing so I assume all members are followers of the sport. I was going to have a shower until I noticed the hand cleaner  looked the same as the body wash im not an expert about that but looked suspicious. Could be cleaners being lazy. I'd like to suggest management to visit Mackay Northern Beaches AF and not how to run a gym. Suggest you also note the 2 motivational gym biased TV channels they use on a couple of TVs.or is this leading up to closing your gym like Rocky and Townsville. How about displaying some professionalism take pride in your workplace or else well read the ending will be like FF in Qld. Very sad and it's possibly owners and management don't know any better as the focus is possibly on money first and not customer service first. Let me know if you're  running it down to shut it down.n09 DECEMBER 24nIt's funny as this gym reminded me of the gym I owned 20 years ago. It had no ACand hot as hell. Except my gym had heaps of fans around. It's the same as other AF gyms in the way that equipment needs repairing. It's not a staff issue as they are not trained to recognise broken equipment or how to maintain it.nAs a suggestion you could remove the top stickers off the windows in front of treadmills etc so that users can look out into car park and surroundings. We see enough of screens and let's look at exercising our eyes by looking at varying distances beyond arms length. Id suggest the manager takes a trip to the Mackay AF to see about their setup and especially what showing on TVs.also there electrical controlled blinds to help control gym temperature.nThis gym is an example of owners only looking at balance sheets and not what service they are should be providing. I pity the staff at this location. If your thinking of buying a cheap gym in near future keep an eye on this one. It'll  go down hill fast and it's not the staff...

Anytime fitness West Gladstone its a small gym but its got enough machines to do a workout on its well maintain for a small gym but alot people go there the staff are friendly to talk to and they will help when asked so recommend this gym who wants to workout in friendly atmosphere where the staff are friendly and maintain the the gym well.
