Visiting from out of town - wanted to grab a temp membership for two weeks while in Gladdy. Despite being within staffed hours, no one answered front door when buzzed, no sign of staff member and phone contact went straight to message bank. Kinda disappointing given the high reputation my friends tell me about the gym ‍

Poorly maintained in general. Nil customer service.nAfter I cancelled my membership, the payments restarted again several months later without my request. When I contacted them about this no one would speak to me, I had to have them reversed through my bank.

Very sub par gym in the whole scheme of things. Poor management, broken machines. Still haven’t received my refund for the key a month after finishing my contract. Save your money and just go to Stadium instead for a better experience.

As I travel a lot with work I wanted to join a gym with many locations.nHave to say I’m pleased I went with Anytime Fitness

So glad there's an anytime fitness nearby. If you want a gym that is truly welcoming of people from all walks of life and fitness levels, this is the gym, staff are happy to talk and show you the ropes if you are a beginner. Variety of equipment. Clean and being able to access any anytime fitness 24/7 makes for great convenience.
