In virtue of my personal experience, from the bottom of my heart, I can recommend the practice of yoga to everybody. Everybody can do something, even if it is only the breathing. It is an inexhaustible source of vitality and good mood.
Hatha style adapted to whoever is in class and energy level of the group.

Casual $18
Enrol for the term and prepay $15/class
PRIVATE CLASSES:
one on one: $60
60 minutes long.
