Well my 3 months with Xtreme Results has sadly came to an end. I first had a consultation with Ash and immediately started that week. Ash had set me up with one of their new personal trainers Timothy Kelk and given me a nutritional plan.

I still to this day remember my first session with Tim, I've never felt so unfit in my life, was really close to throwing up about 3 times, including on the drive home I had to pull over because I thought I was going to be sick! Looking back at this now, I've completely changed, my conditioning and strength has increased immensely. Tim was great as a teacher and motivator, after 5 weeks of training with Tim I signed up to a gym and did an extra 2 personal training days on top of my 3x 30min PT sessions. Still to this day I'm extremely motivated to improve myself and stay on a nutritional diet, this experience has really kick started me into the fitness world.

I want to thank Ash for his advice on nutrition and Tim for his great teaching and knowledge on fitness. Couldn’t do it without these guys, they’ve changed my life!

Thanks to Xtreme results, keeping fit and eating well is much easier than I have originally thought. The tailored eating plan is easy to follow, and a lot of support is provided from the members of staff. I find the gym to have a friendly atmosphere which helps keep me motivated to push myself further. The diverse range of exercises, my trainers knowledge and attitude towards my improvement is what keeps me coming back.

Xtreme Results Personal Trainers Gold Coast are the most professional  and competent trainers I have encountered. I am 62 years old, and was unsure of how I would feel entering a personal training studio after several years off training, due to health issues and surgery. I was immediately made to feel at ease with the friendly environment they have created, and I now feel fitter and stronger than I have for many years. I would highly recommend Xtreme Results, their expertise is second to none, and they really do care about their clients, going that extra mile to make sure everyone achieves their goals and more.

Ash, Gem and the team at Xtreme Results Personal Training have changed my life for the better and I cannot thank them enough.  I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to get fit and lose weight to contact the team at Xtreme Results.  They have also provided me with the knowledge to ensure I keep the weight off through educating me in nutrition and exercise.  I also suffered severe back pain which is now gone for good.  They are very knowledgeable in relation to rehabilitation of injury . Thank you so much Xtreme Results you are the best.
