Terrific experience with Anna. At 66 I know lots about what I need to do, and have done well often in the past. However, with new health issues and a slip from eating well, finding Anna (an excellent dietician and wonderfully smart and caring individual) three months ago was exactly what I needed. She gave me several great new tools, more info targeted directly at my individual situation- agreed actions written out clearly after each appointment , and wonderfully practical easy healthy food tips, and much more. With a history of looking after my health, I don't accept every suggestion- we discuss the issue,  Anna always leaving the final decision to me- very respectful. I am grateful to have Anna on my side, she has helped me enormously to really enjoy all the good foods I love to eat-I have stuck to a great plan WITHOUT EFFORT for three months.

The best nutrition clinic on the Gold Coast. The experienced staff can assist with a broad range of nutritional advice and assistance. My Nutrition Clinic were able to assist me with reaching my cycling goals by providing feedback and structure to my eating plan.

Exceptional experience with the MyNutrition Clinic crew. I felt their experience set them apart, in an industry where a lot of competitors have very little formal education. This team however has experience in Australia but also abroad. I did my research and this team came up trumps, I highly recommend them.

I attended some small group workshops at My Nutrition Clinic and was really impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They provide an extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.
