Maya has a unique approach to health and wellness. Her "Heal the body and the mind will follow" concept really resonated with me, as when I feel great my mind doesn't think negative thoughts. Through nutrition, natural medicine, awareness and body mobility I have already witnessed positive changes to my rheumatoid arthritis, stomach/digestive complaints, lack of sleep and anxiety. I would recommend her to anyone.
Maya has been a dedicated health professional far longer than I have know her, which is over a decade. I have seen her for help with everything from fitness and training to iridology to yoga and meditation retreats. Can't recommend her enough, she is a careful and methodical healer who has dedicated her life to wellbeing. In particular, I have attended multiple one day retreats hosted by Maya and they are the prefect rest and reset opportunity, not to mention amazing vegan buffet and massage combination! Highly recommend her naturopathy skills also, she has helped me through stomach acidity problems and arthritis management planning naturally. Just an all round health guru legend.
I called Maya in regards getting a iridology reading,we talked for about 30mins,I spoke in detail exactly what i wanted and Maya convinced she was qualified. Although when I got to the consolation she simply took a couple photos of my eyes and gave me a few cards to read, then continued on with other work lick i wasn't there. She knows nothing about true iridology and how in shows weaknesses in the body she was no help to me at all. It was very fake and I would not recommend her to anyone.
