The pastries were good..the meat did not look fresh at all.
I love coming here and have bought many snacks over the last couple of years. My average weekly spend is just below $100. However, last Wednesday, 11 December, I purchased 6 pork Zongzi @ $ 6 each total $36.00. Took them home, cut them open, there was NO filling, no pork, no mushrooms, no chestnut, 2 peanuts in each with a lump of pork fat!! I opened 3 Zongzi, all 3 had no meat nor filling. I still have the other 3. Extremely disappointed and felt cheated. Thus 1 star. I will be bringing the remaining 3 tomorrow, 17 December to return to you. Thank younnUpdate: excellent customer engagement, returned and got refunded and was gifted delicious snacks from counter. Appreciate the genuine care by manager and the lovely girls at the shop - especially Miss Win Win. Will continue to patronize as products are always good.
Very busy Asian butcher, plenty of raw and cooked meat options, they also offer steamed buns and other ready to eat food, most very decent.nnService is quick, price is decent, located right next to a fruits and veggies shop, and near Coles so very handy location.
spent $100 and the value is good but have to comment on how disappointed I was with the chicken breast. They stunk. We ended up throwing them out. Hoping the rest of the meat is better. Pork buns were good.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I bought food here last night and stored it properly in the fridge. When I reheated it this morning, it was completely spoiled and clearly not fresh or safe to eat. To make things worse, the customer service was rude and unhelpful when I tried to raise the issue. This kind of quality and treatment is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.
