The most horrendous care home you could come by.nnThe staff all lack communication with one another and families - we had to send the same form to the same admin weekly as she continued to ‘lose it’nnThey said what you wanted to hear but would not bother to lift a finger to help my family in the situation we were in.nnDo not send your loved ones here! I visited, so impressed wirh room space and facilities. I visited my clients relative so i went with my work hat on. All carers looked happy and professional. Atmosphere was beautiful. Fluffy dog walking around with physio..visited several times and always impressed.
Not happy. I live interstate and it is incredibly difficult to be able to speak to my father who is a resident on the telephone. The centralised telephone number seems to be for several retirement homes, nursing homes and villages in several states. I also have concerns about privacy as there is a recorded message stating that calls are recorded, and I am given the third degree, before I am even put through. My father is elderly, he is not an inmate and has not committed a crime, family members should be able to contact their loved ones without going through a centralised switchboard servicing several different states. Disgusted.
Great place. Great care of manager of indépendant living.
They were so caring and sweet. They do care about each and everyone.
