Story

Welcome to the Wyndham Park Primary School Facebook page. Our schools purpose is to provide an opportunity for every student to grow academically, socially and emotionally through living the school's motto - Aspire, Learn, Achieve and its values of Respect, Responsibility and Safety.

Established in 2011, Wyndham PArk Primary School is a Victorian Government School located on Kookaburra Avenue, Werribee, in the city of Wyndham. Our school members come from a diverse backgrounds.

We have a growing enrolment who enjoy state of the art buildings and attractive surrounds, including Heathdale and Glen Orden wetlands, full size sports oval, synthetic playing surface and plexipave basketball courts.

The Schools beliefs revolve around the growth of every student that is supported by best practice teaching in literacy and numeracy supported by student wellbeing initiatives that make Wyndham Park Primary School a purposeful learning environment.

We are committed to the School Wide Positive Behaviour Philosophy that drives our solution focussed attitude towards the way we interact, behave and learn.

Honestly a really good school. I was there since prep and the teachers and students have been great to me. The education is great and they give you good advice to work on. I'd really recommend WPPS because of my great experience there!
I want to say what a great school this is, Teachers have been so supportive, principles have been excellent one example is that they have both greeted every student through the doors every morning and see them off everydayboth principles that l have met over the years, A free breakfast for every student and parents if they wish every morning, which includes toasties, cereal,etc which has been running for over 6 years my son has been there Boxes of food with fresh fruit and vegetables and a variety of food for all parents every week for free, So flexible in arriving a bit later in the morning and evenings, kids can play on playground for about 20 mins to half an hour before and after school which they love, really lovely people in reception, especially Jenny whom has always been so helpful and lovely accommodating to any request, she is truly amazing, My son has excelled there with v hap in maths and English,great scores in naplan,gone on sommers camp etc, with support from amazing teachers he has loved this school and l wish more people would take the time to learn how the school operates and all the work that is done to support students,their parents and the community and all that is involved in the exceptional school that it is.
I am not satisfied with this school at all and I transferred my daughter to another school because she was bullied at the beginning of the school and I do not recommend this school to mothers in any way and they do not follow up at all.

This school was actually the best when i went here the preps brought lighters to school and the teachers had no control of any of the children and i was bullied for years but no one did anything about it like i said such a wonderful school and such and great place for a child to be
I had the worst 6 years in this school. MOST of the staff are cool but the ones I had at grade 5/6 are the really rude ones. They would get mad for every little reason. At one point, they started looking for a reason to give me a break detention! So glad i got to high school! There was this one time I remeber back then I got a break detention for not wearing my hat and playing outside. Literally, ridiculous. Last time i remember, I get a choice in my health, not school rules. And plus! Not wearing a hat for one day will not give me skin cancer!
like imma be brutally honest this school is not good the only good thing abt this school is the teachers the students absolutely ruined it for me. if u live in the area send your kids to westgrove or woodvile, wyndham park will not give them a good time im sure most of the 2021 year 6s could agree the teachers were actually good but ong the students istg sometimes it felt like i was in a kindergarten a handful of the year 6s were the most immature people on the planet
Wonderful school, wonderful staff, had an amazing time going here so far and all of they 5/6 teachers deserve five stars!
Teacher's invalidate and teach students that expressing a form of anger is inappropriate. Stop invalidating our feelings, all human beings have the right to express themselves as long as it's appropriate. Showing emotions is not inappropriate. Teachers must be aware children are immature and undeveloped yet, you have to treat children LIKE CHILDREN, not adults. You expect us to act mature but you'd be yelling at an 11 y.o who suffers from internalized anger. Y'all messed up fr. You were never in our situation. Stop acting like you know what is right and wrong for us. We are CHILDREN.
