Same day what a joke they wanted to come out the next day for 249 dollars and I told them it was an electrical fault and he said we will come out and check but we won't touch it

In the past have had issues with other technicians from other firms. Received great friendly service and assistance throughout the process. Will definitely re-use this company again in the future.

Technician was never on time for appointments. At one point came at 2.30pm for an originally 10am appointment. He took long breaks during the job, and stretched out a 1 day job over 3 days. Stay away.

This company requires the $219 service call payment to be made over the phone, BEFORE they even come out! Who are you kidding?!
