Very shifty company. When I had issues with some bubbling of my epoxy flooring, they refused to do anything about it. Rather they blamed everything else except themselves, all they sent me was rediculous hourly fees to come and repair, categorically claiming that it's not there fault. Even though, insurance and other experts in the field done testing and clearly put the fault on the way the product was applied. Basil was unable to even give me quote instead giving me the run around as what it would cost so that he could fill his pockets. Apparently these surgeons will charge in excess of $1000 just to start a repair process. With a small repair potentially costing in excess of $4000. It's either you repair it or go and change you're floor (after a huge amount been spent and we have moved into our house) I am a building supervisor, so I'm fairly well versed with building issues. I have never met such a shifty company. Do yourselves a favour and do not use this company.

Unbelievably professional and fast service! Their finished product was amazing! Since having our floor done it has increased our walk in sales!

We are MORE than happy with our new polished floors. Basil and Caroline were very patient with me answering all of my (sometimes silly) questions. I love Basils' work and would definitely use him again for any builds we have in the future.
