Have just recently moved into my new home built by the GJ Gardner Inner North team. From my first meeting with Sal and the director Pat, I knew I was in safe hands. They were attentive to my needs and were happy to work with my custom plans. The consultations with Steph and her assistance throughout the whole build really made life easy. Can’t thank her enough. The quality of the build is evident throughout and importantly was built to cost. No nasty surprises. Would happily build with the team again.

My experience with GJ Gardner Inner North has been nothing short of amazing. After months of searching for a builder, I did not have much to go off with this particular franchise. The planning process was very straight forward, but more importantly I was also guided through by my consultant, Stephanie, who explained each process that was involved and kept me informed along the way- the communication was fantastic and at no stage was I ever left in the dark. If anything the colour-selection was the most daunting part for me, but again being guided by Steph, I couldn't be happier with the end result. The process to me was seamless, to the point where I actually forgot to ask about the builder/ director Pat. Meeting Pat and his team pre-build, gave me comfort in knowing how organised he had been behind the scenes, in overseeing the planning process and was very accommodating to my adjustments and vision for my new home. I wasn't to be disappointed- with everything in place, the build raced along. With Carlo as my build supervisor, he was very contactable and gave me reassurance with his eye for detail. The feedback I have received on the finished product from nearby locals has been very positive. And finally, I couldn't be happier with the end result- not really knowing what to expect beforehand, I'm not sure how high my expectations were to begin with, but regardless, they have been exceeded. A big thank you to the whole team, at GJ Inner North and a special mention to Steph for helping to make the whole process as enjoyable as it was.
