Had a very pleasant and curtious experience, both the motueka and rangiora office's. Also learnt the any pics to send have to be small in size.

Very helpful lady she got us the information we requested

Nightmare experience for weeks previously online. In desperation I went in to the Rangiora Branch and after a bit of pushing on my part, got a face to face appointment with a really nice, helpful lady.  Outcome : Resolved all queries, concerns and issues in a calm, comfortable manner in less than an hour. I felt she listened to me and didn't judge..  Why can't all WINZ staff be as informed and helpful as her ?  Sad inditement that the online system has gotten far, far worse since my last interaction with them 7+ years ago.

All staff I dealt with were happy and polite. However due to only one staff on the front counter the wait was longer than I felt it should have been.

Pretty good. They know their stuff.  And you feel that there is no discrimination.

So very helpful and nice about it made me comfortable and not a newsence
