I came into the AA centre in Rangiora yesterday August 5 th to accompany my young friend recently immigrated from The Gambia … she was applying and subsequently sitting her learners driving test . We were assisted by Sonja who couldn’t have been nicer or more polite and helpful. We had my friends baby with us and the staff were fantastic accommodating the young child while his mother sat her test which she had been diligently studying for . Everyone was so delighted she passed with flying colours . AA your staff really rock and the whole experience was professionally and very smoothly executed Thank you …. You made me feel very proud to be a lifelong member .
Should be no stars. Shown away at 4.30 because they were 'short staffed'. Maybe 7 people in the line....30 min left and the doors already locked. Shame on you.nI have always found the AA helpful and efficient, but this place is letting you down, AA people!!
Despite being busy the AA staff were very helpful and took the time to help me with my enquiry
No problems renewing my licence today.nSonya was an absolute good sort and Sue was super efficient and friendly.
